Can someone please make a ready-for-prime-time commercial video wherein we finally admit that the bagcoffee experience is the critical component of a healthy, self-aware Tumblr? Except, rather than dwell on his absence, we proclaim that the power to create this experience resides within each of us (through his teachings)? It could quickly wrap up with a diverse series of people looking squarely into the camera and saying, “I AM BAGCOFFEE,” each having just posted something horrible but still thought-provoking and irreverent.

Then it would be out there and I could stop replaying it in my head.

I’ve never liked Superman, but I thought Man of Steel was amazing. It had kind of a Prometheus vibe, more science fiction than the average superhero movie. Favorite summer movie so far.

This was my description of it. It’s like Giger, Scott, Shuster and Siegel had a baby.
