All I wanted to do was figure out how to make a decent Mai Tai. A decent one, not a Trader Vic’s cartoon version. Now I’m about to search all of Brooklyn (the mapped parts) for orange blossom water so I can make my own orgeat, which is apparently the critical, fucking impossible ingredient.
