So I think I’ve finally figured out how to keep mint minty fresh for a few days after purchase. If it’s not clear from the photo: fill half a mug with water, in goes the mint, wrap fairly well in a plastic bag, stick it in the fridge on a lower shelf. Change the water daily, I guess. Some leaves get crusty, but they won’t wilt.
