The Labor Movement should not be a thing of the past, and no one should be willing to give up the things that these people fought for with so much blood, sweat and tears. Don’t let them demonize unions – instead, make unions better and stronger! Don’t let them say that small business owners are not required to follow labor laws, don’t shop at places like Walmart, where people who even speak of unions or labor laws are immediately dismissed, and don’t forget that Newt Freaking Gingrich thought it would be lovely if we made 9 year olds work again. Don’t just be so glad that you have a job that you’re willing to not care about your rights.
